Kayak or SUP
Silently paddling on the water in a kayak or on a stand up paddleboard, SUP, is a fantastic experience, and also an excellent form of exercise. Sweden's long coast, many archipelagos and thousands of lakes create unlimited opportunities for kayaking or SUP.
With its approx. 2,400 kilometres, the coast is one of Europe's longest and there are several archipelagos spread out here. Sweden is also one of the world's richest countries with nearly 100,000 lakes that are larger than one hectare (10,000 m2). There are also more than 220,000 islands along the coast and in our lakes, the most in the world.
In other words, there is a lot of water to paddle on and many islands to paddle to!

Basic course in kayaking
Join a basic course in kayaking. The course is aimed at those who have kayaked a few times but want to learn more and develop. You can come along even if you have never kayaked as the course is individually tailored.

Paddle around Kungsholmen
Join us and paddle around Kungsholmen. The trip takes about two hours and we paddle, among other things, under 12 bridges, in the Karlberg Canal, past the City Hall and on Riddarfjärden.
On this tour it is good if you have kayaked before. Minimum two people and maximum eight. SEK 575 including kayak, paddle and life jacket.

Paddle with a guide or instructor
Bring some colleagues or friends and kayak with me as guide and instructor. Before we go out on the water, we go through paddling technique and safety. We start from Eden Kayak at Smedsudden on Kungsholmen.
